Our consulting services are organized around a development process. Each phase in the development process results in a deliverable that is used in a later phase. For example, in the planning phase, you address your target audience needs, key words and phrases for search engines, and so on. The target audience definitions are used in the next (design) phase. The keywords and phrases are used later in the development phase.

Consulting services include:

• Planning and Design — good documentation in the planning and design phases helps keep your project on track and helps you measure how well the project is going. Plan Your Work, Work Your Plan.

• Develop (Coding) — nice web sites can be created using basic HTML (HyperText Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). Sometimes, the coding just isn't working right and you need a fresh look at the code.

• Publish — your target audience must find out about your web site. You need a marketing plan and your web site needs to be search engine friendly. Much of this work should be done in the planning phase.

• Maintain — your job isn't don once you have published (gone live). You need a plan to monitor the site — how do people find your site? what pages are visited most? what needs to be done to improve the site?

• Evaluate the effectiveness of your web site. I go through a checklist and look at indicators for how well your web site does in specific areas.

• Presentation to organizations and businesses.
